The supervised project brings important added value. Its implementation is the result of the experience gained in the management of multicultural groups and in the remote monitoring of students. Students are divided into working groups by crossing their initial skills: architecture, history, archeology, museology, managementor law. Each group is led by three tutors, graduate students and professionals, one by a University course, they meet every other week in person and web conferencing. The other week, they participate in training workshops: meeting with professionals, employability coaching. Each group is given at the beginning of a journey themefrom research areas decided by the teaching team and decides, with their tutors, the realization that he will work during the four semesters. Thus we have the following scheme for each project:
Early on in the course, each work group receives a theme related to the research areas. The group then decides on the work to implement over the next two years:
The result of S4 is collective and individual, digital and on paper. Collectively, it takes the form of an online publication. At the individual level, the part played by each student is developed in his final dissertation (see A2.4-B). If the group separates during S4, work will continue on moodle e-learning platform and by web conferencing. Thus, students learn how to work together remotely. They also learn intercultural collaboration, exchanges between professionals from different fields and how to master the varied market for heritage projects. |
