The University Coordinator (Paris 1) ensure coordination between the different management bodies of the Masters by a permanent secretariat Erasmus Mundus dedicated to this task.
The General Secretariat bilingual TPTI, located at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, receiving requests and advises students. This secretariat provides the interface between the program TPTI, local governments concerned and sending information (notes, student tracking, reports, minutes of meetings, submission of certificates of qualification) to the participating universities.
It links with the International Office, Language Centres, people-relay in Evora and Padua, all the usual services to the secretariats University in administrative and educational, such as: information about the diploma, pre- registration, registration fees, verification and processing of records, registration administrative, educational, student reception, relationship with teachers, teacher's notes, minutes of reviews, juries, notices of meetings, records showing transfers results, managing the issuance of all certificates / supplement.
It will also support the administrative supervision of foreign teachers' requests, and ensures their home, with the International Office at their insertion into the city and the university. |
